A form of stitched self expression which was my first introduction to holding a needle full of rich embroidery silks.
Many years since that first occurrence with my Grandmother to my state now. Years of exams following different methods continually but always soothes calms and yet excites me st tge same. In this piece the linen was painted using Earth Pigments before stitching was applied
